      All sales are final. We are a very small operation and most items are limited or made to order, so we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancelations unless an item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please reach out to us at hello@blondeghost.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please ensure you are placing your order for the correct size and quantity, and if you need additional information please email us. Do not mail back any items unless you have already contacted us and have been given an approval to return. Thank you!

      Unless noted, items are made to order and typically shipped within 10 to 14 days - weekends and holidays excluded. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
